Before you approve your proof
You can cancel any time before you approve your proof for a full refund. Just reply to your proof email or write to hello@yournamebadge.com.
If we made a mistake or your order arrives defective
If your order doesn't match the proof you approved, has a print defect, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it free of charge or refund the affected items in full, whichever you prefer.
Errors in an approved proof
Please check names, spelling, titles, colors and layout carefully before approving. Because we print exactly what you approve, we can't refund errors that appear in an approved proof.
Change-of-mind returns
Custom printed items are made specifically for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
Custom design service
Our "Design it for me" service is $25 per design and includes two rounds of revisions. Once we've started your design, the design fee is non-refundable. Setting up your name and logo on one of our premade designs is always free.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after you approve your proof.
